Metal Powder > Copper Alloy > C46400 Naval Brass

C46400 Naval Brass 20μm-63μm

C46400 Naval Brass powder combines the proven performance of copper-zinc alloys with a controlled addition of tin, which improves resistance to dezincification and stress-corrosion cracking. The powder exhibits high tensile strength, excellent wear properties, and good ductility, making it suitable for demanding forming and consolidation processes. Its corrosion resistance in seawater and brine environments ensures long service life in marine and industrial systems. C46400 powder is engineered for additive manufacturing, thermal spraying, and conventional powder metallurgy. Common applications include impellers, pump and valve components, fasteners, and marine hardware where both mechanical integrity and long-term corrosion resistance are critical.
