Metal Powder Works Strengthens Presence in Australia and Asia with Addition of Dominic Parsonson

Clinton, PA – Metal Powder Works (MPW), a specialty materials company, has brought in Dominic Parsonson to support the company’s expansion across Australia, Asia, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This strategic engagement reinforces MPW’s commitment to delivering high-performance materials and scalable solutions to rapidly growing manufacturing markets.

Dominic brings more than 25 years of international experience across advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and surface engineering. His career spans leadership and commercial roles across Australia, South Africa, Germany, China, and the United States, with a strong focus on translating materials science into practical industrial applications.

Prior to working with MPW, Dominic held senior leadership roles at Titomic Limited, where he served as Global Head of Sales and Marketing and later as General Manager for the Americas. In these roles, he played a key part in the commercialization of cold spray and advanced metal manufacturing technologies, supporting adoption across defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked with Evonik Industries, gaining valuable experience in scaling advanced materials businesses across global markets.

Dominic has a proven track record of building regional operations, establishing distributor networks, and negotiating cross-border agreements. With deep experience across Asia-Pacific and Oceania, and having lived and worked in both China and Australia, he brings a practical understanding of regional manufacturing ecosystems, supply chains, and cultural dynamics.
